On theNielsenIQRetail Team you will work face-to-face with key retail clients to engrain robustNielsenIQsolutions. This is done byassistingyourclients withnavigating through complex business challenges with insightful and actionableNielsenIQrecommendations with confidence.
RESPONSIBILITIES
EstablishNielsenIQas an indispensable insights partner and thought leader for your clients
Build sustainable client relationships through delivering everyday value to enable our customer's success using our data, tools, and by providing insights on their business
Establish yourself andNielsenIQas a trusted advisor to your clients, helping them to achieve their business imperatives
Train and consult clients to conduct analytics usingNielsenIQtools and data sets, democratizing insights to drive business decisions
Providedirection, mentorship, and support to juniorNielsenIQassociates,assistingthem in effectively addressing client inquiries, managing workloads, and offering overall career guidance
Independently complete analyses usingNielsenIQtools and data to develop insights that drive client outcomes
Identifypotential revenue opportunities and risks with your assigned clients and lead internal teams to drive sales
Developexpertiseand ability to advise clients on industry trends,participatingin client discussions and presentations as applicable
Play an integral part in shaping our company's vision by elevating the Voice of the Customer
Be accountable foridentifyingopportunities to collaborate acrossNielsenIQteams and drive adoption of our NIQ assets with clients
Ability to work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders toidentifyand advise our clients on solutions for their business
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree Required
4+years' experience in related industries whichinclude:Consumer Packaged Goods, Retail, Consulting or Analytics
Strong analytical aptitude, naturally curious and lifelong learner. Experience withsyndicated/POSdata is a plus
Experienceutilizingmultiple and complex data sets through problem solving and proven project management skills
Experience in client service environment and ability to develop,maintainand grow client relationships
Project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in complex situations
Strong Presentation Skillsrequiredand ability toskillfully communicate and work collaboratively with internal & external teams
Strong senseof autonomy, urgency, and accountability to delight clients
Retail or Manufacturing backgrounda plus(Retail Merchandising, Category Management, Operations, etc.)
Highly Proficient inMicrosoft Office (Advanced Excel)software
Additional Information
This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation of the following range: $83,700.00 - 93,000. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a sales-based incentive or performance-based bonus.
