Overview

In this role, you'll manage a book of client accounts and build trusted relationships with the people you work with every day. You'll support routine and moderately complex accounts, help clients with their risk and capital management needs, and look for ways to grow existing business through added services and cover. This role is a good fit if you enjoy looking after clients, solving problems, and keeping work moving smoothly. You'll also spend time with senior decision makers and day to day contacts, so clear communication and good judgement will matter every day.

How You'll Make An Impact

You'll be the main point of contact for an assigned group of clients, helping to keep relationships strong and accounts on track. Day to day, you'll manage a live book of business, respond to client needs, and bring in the right support when a situation needs extra attention. You'll also work to protect retention and spot chances to add more value through extra services or higher levels of cover. Alongside client work, you may help coordinate administrative and customer service support, and you may support an Account Executive or Broker Producer. Your focus will be on keeping clients informed, making sure important issues are handled quickly, and helping each account move forward in the right way.

About You

Required: Bachelor's degree with 3+ years client service and/or claims management experience -OR- High School degree/GED with 8+ years client service and/or claims management experience. Producer's License. Ability to travel up to 25% of the time. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Appropriate licensing as required. Preferred: Previous insurance knowledge and experience managing client relationships. Solid financial acumen. Behaviors: Proficient in using technology as a tool to maximize productivity and quality. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Comfortably engages others in consultative discussion. Effectively manages/balances multiple and sometimes competing priorities. Works in a self-directed manner.
