Front Desk Coordinator – BL Med Spa & Meridian Mind Center Clinic

Position Type: Full-Time (35 hours/week)

We are looking for a professional, energetic, and customer-focused Front Desk Coordinator to join our growing luxury wellness spa and medical clinic. This role is perfect for someone who is highly organized, enjoys building relationships with clients, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities: • Welcome and check in patients/clients with a warm and professional attitude • Answer phone calls, texts, emails, and social media inquiries • Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments • Process payments and maintain accurate patient/client records • Assist with patient/client intake forms and documentation • Coordinate provider schedules and daily spa & clinic operations • Follow up with leads, consultations, and existing patients/clients • Educate patients/clients on services, memberships, and treatment packages • Support marketing promotions and clinic events • Maintain a clean, organized, and luxury front desk experience • Help increase patient retention through excellent customer service and rebooking • Sell memberships and treatment plans

Qualifications: • Previous experience in a medical office, medical spa, wellness clinic, or luxury customer service environment preferred • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities • Comfortable using scheduling software and electronic medical records (EMR) systems • Professional appearance and positive attitude
