Requirements:

  • 1+ year of customer service, administrative, or office experience.
  • Polished telephone and email communication skills

Job Overview:
The Pre-Litigation Case Manager will support attorneys during the early stages of a case, from initial client intake through pre-litigation. This role works closely with the legal team to keep cases organized, ensure timely communication, and help move matters forward efficiently.
Strong communication skills and professional phone etiquette are important, as the Case Manager will regularly speak with clients, answer questions, and provide updates on their case.

Responsibilities:
  • Communicate with clients daily by phone, email, and other channels
  • Manage a high number of cases (200+) and help keep them moving forward

  • Review and organize medical records and billing documents
  • Draft basic letters and emails to clients and other parties
  • Handle incoming faxes and mail and file them appropriately
  • Track cases from start to finish to ensure steady progress
