Description:

Med Resources, the premier provider of CPAP and Home Medical Equipment in the Midwest and Georgia, is seeking a reliable, energetic individual to be a part of our outstanding team working with our CPAP clients and referrals. You will assist with Insurance qualifications, scheduling appointments with the Therapy team and educating clients and referrals on our outstanding Sleep therapy program and the use of CPAP Equipment.


Knowledge of sleep therapy items, Medicare, and insurance guidelines is a huge plus.

The Client Care Specialist position works as part of a team to serve our patients and referral sources. Job duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Fielding calls from patients and referral sources
  • Order intake
  • Contacting patients to verify order and demographic info
  • Contacting referring health professionals regarding prescriptions and documentation
  • Insurance verification and requesting prior authorizations
