Full-Time Client Intake Assistant - Creve Coeur, Missouri (St. Louis Area) Join One of the Nation's Largest Family Law Firms Stange Law Firm, PC has an immediate opening for a professional, outgoing, and customer-focused Full-Time Client Intake Assistant to join our growing team. Our St.

Louis-area headquarters is relocating from Clayton to our newly renovated Creve Coeur office on August 1, 2026, making this an exciting opportunity to join one of the nation's fastest-growing family law firms. As a Client Intake Assistant, you will play a vital role in creating an outstanding first impression for prospective clients while helping individuals and families connect with the legal services they need. Position Details Full-time position Monday-Friday Hours between 9:00 a.m

and 5:00 p.m. Competitive hourly pay Performance bonus opportunities Responsibilities Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Serve as one of the first points of contact for prospective clients by phone, email, and online chat. Respond promptly and professionally to prospective client inquiries

Follow up with prospective clients who do not retain the firm following their initial consultation. Coordinate and schedule consultations with attorneys throughout the firm. Confirm appointments with prospective clients prior to scheduled consultations.

Provide maps, directions, and appointment information to prospective clients. Obtain opposing party information and coordinate conflict checks prior to consultations. Work closely with the Client Intake Director, Director of Administration, attorneys, and firm leadership to ensure an exceptional client experience.

Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and excellent customer service at all times. Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess: High school diploma or equivalent. Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Typing speed of approximately 45 WPM or higher. Excellent telephone, verbal, and written communication skills. Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent attendance and punctuality. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
