Job description

Overview
The HCM Implementation Project Manager implements the iSolved platform for our new clients and manages the 2 to 8-week process to deliver a personable and memorable new client experience. The mission of this role is to ensure full client and employee adoption of selected iSolved features by the end of the implementation process through consultative analysis, setup, and personalized training. The HCM Implementation Project Manager effectively establishes, maintains, builds and manages the initial client relationship at all levels. They are responsible for guiding the client in best practices along with extensive training in the iSolved platform. This person displays strong project management experience, strong client management skills, and has a proven track record of utilizing technology to drive HR efficiencies and best practices, including performance management, workflows, employee onboarding and employee engagement practices.
Top 5 Responsibilities
  1. New Client Implementations - Perform deep analysis of client needs and find best practices to aggregate data to effectively and efficiently design and build the iSolved platform to fit the client's needs. Consistently maintains an NPS of greater than 90 and works to implement accounts within Thread SLA standards.
  2. Project Management - Responsible for setting and continually maintaining overall project expectations of new services to ensure overall success and timeliness of milestone completion to client's happiness. Constantly monitors and updates Teamwork Projects to ensure all parties are clear on project deliverables and timelines are achieved.
  3. Client Trainings - Work closely with Thread's Trainer to assess and schedule client training needs and build a custom training schedule to increase service adoption while monitoring client knowledge level to ensure future success. When training resources are not available, the Jr HCM Implementation Project Manager will perform the training directly with the client.
  4. Reseller Implementations & Advanced Support - Work closely with our reseller partners to establish needs and determine best practices to aggregate data to effectively and efficiently design and build the iSolved platform to fit the client's needs as well as provide advanced support to our Reseller Partners and their key stakeholders.
  5. Implement Add On & Ancillary Services - Manage ancillary add-on order submission, setup, training & support. Products include (but are not limited to): Expense Management, Onboard & Develop, Predictive People Analytics, Compensation Management, Applicant Tracking (iHire)

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Previous Implementation experience and managing several clients and projects at once
  • Strong attention to detail and highly organized
  • Previous HR industry or HR technology experience (a plus)
  • Strong team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
  • Ability to adapt to a fast paced continually changing business and work environment while managing multiple priorities
  • Strong written and oral communication
  • Demonstrated ability to resolve issues and maintain strong client relationship skills. Focused on finding a solution because there is always a way to get it done!
  • 2 years of prior HCM SaaS Implementation (preferred)
