Job description

We are looking for the next amazing addition to our team! Dealr, Inc. is an advanced, forward-thinking SaaS company for independent automotive dealerships. We provide dealr.cloud, an all-in-one management solution for the industry. We’re rapidly building our team and pushing hard for overall growth for the company and out-of-state movement for the software. Based in Colorado, our team is passionate, talented, and customer-focused. We feel fortunate to be able to build a platform that is revolutionizing our industry. We already have a significant market share of independent dealerships and are very stable.

We are looking to acquire a highly skilled Implementation Specialist to help our clients adopt and transition to our software program from multiple other platforms. We work with a variety of clients ranging from small, two-person dealerships to big dealerships with very large staffs, so your duties will include project management, facilitating training sessions, working with third-party vendors, partnering with our sales team on client handoff and expectation-setting, and responding to technical issues.

We are looking for a highly skilled Implementation Specialist to own the full client journey from signed contract through a healthy, fully adopted dealership. The role has four pillars.

  • Project management: you'll carry a book of 10 - 20 active implementations at a time, each with its own timeline, data migration, integrations, and stakeholders, and you're accountable for driving every one to graduation.
  • Training and adoption: you'll run live training for teams ranging from two-person lots to large multi-rooftop groups, and you'll measure your success by whether they're actually using the platform, not by whether the sessions happened.
  • Salesmanship: onboarding is a sale that continues after the contract is signed; you'll build the case for the platform every week, make sure clients understand the features they're paying for, and the ones they aren't yet, and drive upgrades, add-ons, and expansion within your accounts.
  • Retention: these are your clients, and keeping them is your job. You'll watch for risk, call your detractors directly, and get ahead of problems before they become cancellations.

You'll also be expected to use AI as a daily working tool. We're looking for people who are curious and creative in their approach to using AI tools and who will push the limits of what it can do for their book of business.

Our ideal candidate has several years of software implementation experience and specific experience working with business software, including project management, customer relationship management (CRM), and vendor management programs. We would also like this person to have sales experience, an aptitude for problem-solving, and the ability to think quickly on their feet. We are a young company and are excited to have a culture that works hard but still knows how to have a sense of humor. This is a fun, fast-paced environment, and we are looking for people who are excited to grow with us.

Dealr Inc provides a 3-2 hybrid work model in which employees are given the opportunity to work from home for up to two days per week on Tuesdays and Fridays, after the first month of in-office training. Our office is located in Loveland, CO. The typical work schedule will be from 8:00 - 5:00, with the possibility for additional hours and the opportunity for commissions and spiffs.

What you’ll do:

Be an ambassador for dealr.cloud clients and become an expert in our products and services.

Manage all assigned accounts with efficiency, attention to detail, and tenacity to bring the implementation project to completion.

Build relationships and do discovery with clients to get a detailed picture of what they want, need, and desire, and ensure you identify each client’s unique priorities in order to tailor their training to them.

Provide online demonstrations and educate customers on product features as well as online help resources.

Drive real adoption and client success, not just completed training sessions. Watch login activity, deal volume, and lingering use of a prior system, and intervene when the numbers say a client isn't sticking.

Answer basic technical questions and capture feedback to share with the Support and Product teams.

Sell the platform throughout onboarding and beyond: make sure clients understand the full value of what they have, identify what they're missing, and drive upgrades, add-ons, and referrals from your book.

Promote our product and encourage adoption and use of the platform.

Own client health and retention for your accounts. Contact them on a defined cadence, run account reviews, and personally call your detractors to drive customer engagement, retention, and loyalty.

Be a bridge for your clients — coordinate across Sales, Support, Product, accounting, websites, and third‑party integration partners to manage handoffs, set expectations, and clear onboarding dependencies.

Use AI daily to accelerate your work: client communications, call summaries, training materials, technical support, research, and risk analysis on your book. You're curious about new ways to put AI to work — for your own efficiency, for the team, and for the client experience.

Constantly participate in the process of overall team improvement, being vocal about ideas and opportunities when you see them.

Be a force for good and positively contribute to the culture.

Who you are:

Computer Savvy: You know your way around a computer. From surfing the web to troubleshooting your smartphone, you have done it all!

A People Person: You find it easy to make connections with others and can’t imagine a job without human‑to‑human contact.

A Great Communicator: Your active listening, negotiation, and teaching skills are exceptional. You are comfortable talking on the phone, writing emails, and responding to text messages in a professional manner. You might even say you love grammar.

A Seasoned Project Manager: Task lists, reminders, priority flags, and management tools are your best friends. You thrive under pressure and know just what to do to make something happen. Your book of business is always on track and thriving!

A Natural Salesperson: You possess the power of persuasion. You’re always recommending a new product, service, restaurant, or activity to friends and family. In tough situations, you’re resilient and tenacious.

AI-Forward: You’ve already found ways to make AI part of how you work, and you're the person telling everyone else what you figured out. You're equally clear‑eyed about where it's wrong.

An Owner: You know the status of all 12 of your dealerships without opening a spreadsheet. When something on your account is stuck, you don't wait for someone to ask about it. You take action. You never say “that’s not my job”; you get things done.

Always Putting Customers First: You enjoy delighting the customer and are willing to go above and beyond to do so.

A Master Multitasker: You’ll be speaking with customers, reviewing their accounts, working with multiple support tools, and completing tasks – all at the same time.

A Creative Problem Solver: You like a puzzle and feel accomplished when you find a solution or figure out a problem. You employ creativity in your problem-solving. You are a strategic thinker who can see problem patterns, ideate solutions, and execute to completion.

Super teachable and flexible: dealr.cloud is a comprehensive system and new changes and updates happen frequently in order for us to stay relevant. You can learn quickly, adapt to new ideas, and take feedback so that you can help our customers and our company succeed.
