GENERAL DESCRIPTIONThe Electrical Project Manager – Large-Scale Commercial Construction is responsible for the overall leadership, strategic planning, and execution of complex commercial construction projects, typically ranging from $20M to $100M+. This role oversees all phases of the project lifecycle, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety and quality. Manufacturing, Data Center, Mission Critical Experience a plus!!Key responsibilities include contract administration, subcontracting, procurement, design coordination, client relationship management, scheduling, cost control, and profitability oversight. The Project Manager serves as the primary liaison between the client, design team, and subcontractors, while collaborating closely with the Superintendent to ensure seamless field operations.This position requires proven experience managing large-scale projects with multiple stakeholders, advanced technical knowledge, and strong leadership skills to guide teams and maintain client satisfaction.
