An established commercial construction firm is seeking a Project Manager to support the growth of its Calgary operations.

This role offers the opportunity to lead commercial projects while helping expand the company's presence in the Alberta market. The successful candidate will oversee projects from pre-construction through closeout, managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, consultants, and client relationships.


Key Responsibilities:

• Lead commercial construction projects from start to finish

• Manage project budgets, schedules, contracts, and reporting

• Coordinate clients, consultants, site teams, and subcontractors

• Support procurement, tendering, and risk management

• Build and maintain strong industry relationships within Alberta


Qualifications:

• 5+ years of Project Management experience in commercial construction
