WE ARE HIRING: Scheduler (Project Controls) – Ferndale, WA (Hybrid)

What you will do:
  • Build and maintain logic-linked schedules using Primavera P6.
  • Facilitate Interactive Planning (IAP) sessions and risk workshops.
  • Track project progress via KPIs, S-curves, and histograms.
  • Act as the primary scheduling focal point for clients and PMs.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or similar.
  • 8+ years of oil & gas industry experience (5+ years in a senior role).
  • Advanced Primavera P6 skills and knowledge of stage-gate approvals.
  • TWIC card compliance (or ability to obtain before day one).
 
Schedule: Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) + Every other Friday OFF!
