Job description

Salary:

Account Manager

Full-Time | In-Office | Calgary, Alberta

At theJustin Havre Real Estate Team, our success is built on long-term relationships. Our clients dont just work with us once; they stay connected to our team for years as a trusted real estate resource.

We are hiring an Account Manager to serve as the primary guardian of these relationships. In this role, you will be the face (and voice) of our brand for our VIP Clients, ensuring they remain supported, connected, and valued long after their initial transaction.

The Role

This is a high-engagement, phone-focused position designed for a natural communicator. You will manage a portfolio of existing clients, proactively reaching out to check in, offer value, and strengthen their connection to our team.

  • Warm Outreach: You aren't cold calling. You are calling people who already know, like, and trust us.
  • Relationship Mastery: Your goal is to ensure our "VIP Clients" feel like more than just a transaction. You are their dedicated point of contact.
  • Strategic Growth: By maintaining these bonds, you play a critical role in generating repeat business and referrals.
  • Collaboration: You will work alongside our Sales and Marketing departments to ensure a seamless, world-class client experience.

What Youll Do

  • Nurture the Portfolio: Execute daily call blocks to maintain and strengthen long-term client relationships.
  • Client Onboarding: Formally welcome clients into our VIP program after their home purchase or sale.
  • Event Coordination: Personally invite clients to exclusive events, workshops, and community opportunities.
  • Identify Opportunities: Listen for "Trigger Events" (e.g., growing families, career changes, or retirement) and connect clients with the right real estate resources.
  • Drive Referrals: Confidently ask for introductions to friends and family to help grow our community.
  • CRM Management: Maintain meticulous records of conversations and client milestones to ensure personalized service.
  • Resource Connection: Act as a concierge, connecting clients with our network of trusted partners and vendors.

Work Structure and Rhythm

This role offers a consistent, structured rhythm. Your day will be centered around dedicated call blocks, client follow-ups, and internal strategy meetings. It is ideal for someone who feels energized by constant human interaction and thrives in a busy, conversational environment.

Who This Role Is Ideal For

We value personality and "people skills" above specific industry experience. You are an excellent candidate if you have a background in:

  • Hospitality: (Flight Attendants, Servers, Concierge)
  • Client Services: (Reception, Retail Management, Customer Success)
  • Professional Services: (Leasing Agents, Membership Coordinators)

You are a great fit if you:

  • Possess a warm, outgoing, and professional phone presence.
  • Are a "relentless follow-upper" who never lets a client slip through the cracks.
  • Can turn a 5-minute check-in into a meaningful connection.
  • Are organized, dependable, and enjoy a team-centric atmosphere.

Note: Real estate experience is not required. We provide comprehensive training on our systems and the real estate cycle.

What We Offer

  • Stability: Full-time position with a stable, industry-leading team.
  • Compensation: Competitive base salary plus performance-based bonuses tied to retention and referrals.
  • Growth: Professional training and opportunities to advance within the #1 eXp Realty team in Canada.
  • Culture: A supportive, high-energy office environment in the heart of Calgary.

How to Apply

If you are a "people person" who prides yourself on building trust and maintaining professional friendships, we want to meet you.
