CliftonLarsonAllen, LLP (CLA) is seeking an experienced and dynamic Digital Engagement Leader Associate. This role is responsible for supporting the client engagement experience for Digital consulting engagements. This role collaborates with clients to understand their strategic objectives, success measures, and desired outcomes, and ensures CLA's digital solutions are aligned to achieve those outcomes. Serves as the primary point of contact and escalation, and facilitates cross-functional internal and client teams to drive progress, resolve challenges, and maintain alignment throughout the engagement lifecycle. This role operates independently, applies sound judgment in moderately complex client environments, and plays an important role in strengthening long-term client relationships and expanding value across services.
Essential Job Functions
Client Engagement & Leadership
  • Serve as the primary engagement leader for assigned Digital clients of moderate complexity.
  • Analyze client engagement needs and identify opportunities to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Facilitate clients through onboarding, delivery, and close-out phases.
  • Monitor satisfaction, identify risks, and escalate issues proactively.

Coordination & Delivery Support
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and internal stakeholders.
  • Monitor milestones, evaluate delivery performance against objectives, and engagement progress using internal tools.
  • Responsible for scheduling, documentation, and meeting follow-ups.
  • Ensure compliance with CLA's quality, risk, and engagement standards.

Collaboration & Integration
  • Partner with CRLs and service lines to support integrated client solutions and engagement outcomes.
  • Build and maintain awareness of CLA offerings to guide clients to the right services.
  • Facilitate collaboration across teams to support seamless transitions and service delivery.
  • Influence alignment and accountability across internal and client teams.

Continuous Improvement
  • Utilize CRM and tracking tools to analyze engagement activity and monitor trends.
  • Identify opportunities to improve engagement models and tools.
  • Exercise professional judgement in applying established standard practices while adapting to client-specific needs.
  • Share knowledge, practices and lessons learned to support the growth of Engagement Leader capabilities across the team.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree required. A combination of relevant experience, education, and training may be accepted in lieu of a degree.
