Ready to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy real estate environment? We're expanding our team in the following convenient locations: Ellicott City, Frederick, Towson (MD), and Chantilly (VA)-and looking for driven professionals who know how to connect, convert, and collaborate.

This is not a call center-we engage directly with real people, building meaningful relationships!

MUST HAVE A VALID MARYLAND AND/OR VIRGINIA REAL ESTATE LICENSE

Responsibilities:

Engage with incoming inquiries via calls, texts, and emails
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through exceptional service
Manage and update CRM and sales pipeline systems
Connect and pair clients with the right Outside Sales Agent for their needs
Maintain relationships and engage with past clients
Collaborate with the sales team to enhance strategies and achieve collective goals
