THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKE

The Technology Delivery & Product Manager - Single Family Market Engagement Lead Associate role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:

  • Independently assess customer business needs, processes, and technology workflows to identify adoption opportunities, address obstacles, and support successful delivery of Fannie Mae digital products and programs.

  • Present complex topics into clear guidance for lender clients and internal stakeholders, while sharing customer feedback and market insights with product teams to inform future enhancements.

  • Use strong knowledge of Fannie Mae solutions to support customer engagement, strategic account planning, and product adoption.

  • Build trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive alignment, collaboration, and measurable adoption outcomes

THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM

Minimum Required Experiences:

  • At least 4 years of experience in customer-facing roles such as sales engineering, solutions consulting, account management, client engagement, business consulting, mortgage technology, financial services, or a related field.

  • Experience assessing customer business processes and operational workflows to identify opportunities for technology adoption, process improvement, and business value.

  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, customer-focused guidance for audiences with varying levels of technical expertise.

  • Knowledge of mortgage lending, loan origination, underwriting, or digital mortgage technologies, with the ability to discuss technology solutions that improve operational efficiency and customer outcomes.

  • Experience building and maintaining trusted relationships with clients and cross-functional stakeholders to drive collaboration, influence decision-making, and support successful product adoption.

  • Strong presentation, communication, and consultative problem-solving skills with the ability to facilitate customer discussions, identify business needs, and recommend appropriate solutions.

  • Ability to manage multiple customer engagements simultaneously, prioritize competing demands, and work independently in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

  • Shows curiosity and adaptability in learning and responsibly applying new technologies, including artificial intelligence, to reimagine how we work.

Desired Experiences:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent experience

  • Understanding of the residential mortgage lifecycle, including loan origination, underwriting, processing, closing, and post-closing activities, with the ability to articulate how technology solutions improve operational efficiency and the lender experience.

  • Familiarity with Fannie Mae's Single-Family products, digital mortgage ecosystem, or validation services.

  • Experience with change management, technology implementation, or customer adoption initiatives.

  • Experience presenting technology solutions to executive or business stakeholders.
