Job Description

Role Overview

We are seeking a driven Client Engagement Manager to build and lead our Client Engagement program from the ground up, transforming client success stories into a powerful engine for brand awareness and pipeline growth across our medical imaging solutions portfolio. This role requires someone who can architect a compliant, scalable engagement strategy while forging strong cross-functional partnerships with alliances, legal, sales, and product teams. You will own the end-to-end client engagement lifecycle, from recruiting and developing a referenceable client base to activating those relationships through storytelling, events, and sales enablement, all while ensuring every program element aligns with company and industry compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build a formal client engagement program from the ground up, designed as a mutually beneficial exchange: Intelerad gains strong references, referrals, and timely client feedback on messaging, product direction, and company strategy, while participating clients receive fair market value incentives and access to a peer networking community.
  • Track client engagement program KPIs and analyze program performance with the goal of consistently improving performance.
  • Uncover, develop, and manage a database of client stories and identify opportunities to integrate these elements into overall marketing processes and campaigns.
  • Conduct effective recruitment of Intelerad's client engagement program to increase the size of referenceable client-base.
  • Play a key role in hosted and sponsored events and webinars, identifying client speakers, facilitating content development, and ensuring a high level of participation and engagement.
  • Partner with legal and compliance teams to develop a vast understanding of company and industry policies to ensure all elements of the engagement programs adhere to policies.
  • Facilitate sales reference requests through the client engagement program.
  • Partner with product & technology teams to facilitate client and partner feedback forums to ensure Intelerad's solutions and services exceed client expectations.
Qualifications

Required Qualifications & Experience

  •  Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related discipline (or equivalent combination of training, certifications and experience)
  • 2+ years of progressive client and/or partner marketing or retention/loyalty marketing experience within the technology industry

  • Ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional stakeholders and external partner
  • Strong strategic thinking, collaboration, and analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Passion for serving and understanding clients and key stakeholders
  • Out-of-the-box, creative self-starter
  • Experience supporting industry events such as user groups, webinars, and roundtables
  • Strong project management skills
  • Working knowledge of client management technologies including CRM, CSM, social media and project management tools
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products, especially PowerPoint
  • Ability to build integrated marketing campaigns and execute across multiple channels
  • Healthcare experience preferred

Travel Requirements  Up to 15% travel, including industry conferences, customer meetings, and team gatherings primarily in North America

The base pay for this position is $78,000 to 82,000 USD within any geographic market in the USA. Intelerad is a total compensation company.Pay may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Intelerad is a total compensation company. Pay is dependent on the position offered. Bonus and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, retirement, PTO, and/or other benefits.
