Business Development Manager โ€“ Outside Sales

Eastern Pennsylvania territory

Our client, a premier domestic and international travel and tour operator, is seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to accelerate guided group travel sales. This role involves securing new accounts, expanding partnerships, and supporting marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will engage potential travelers through impactful daily presentations and cultivate strong relationships to exceed revenue targets aligned with the companyโ€™s strategic objectives.

Business Development Manager Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales by promoting the companyโ€™s travel products to professionals, consistently exceeding targets.
  • Generate new business through calls, in-person meetings, social media, and community engagement.
  • Build strong client relationships and use negotiation skills to close deals and secure long-term partnerships.
