Atlantis Healthcare is looking for a Business Development Director to join our Executive Leadership Team.

The US Business Development Director is a senior commercial leader responsible for driving new business growth, expanding strategic partnerships, and positioning Atlantis Health’s differentiated patient support, hub services, and behavioral science–driven solutions across the pharmaceutical and biotech sectors.

This role will lead end-to-end sales execution—from market engagement through deal closure—while shaping the commercial strategy for the US market. You will translate Atlantis Health’s unique value proposition, including its behavioral science expertise and integrated hub + adherence model, into compelling client solutions that improve patient access, adherence, and outcomes. The position requires strong executive presence, deep domain expertise in patient support programs and access services, and the ability to engage senior stakeholders across market access, patient services, brand, and procurement functions.

This role is focused on winning and scaling complex, multi-year partnerships with pharmaceutical and biotech manufacturers by positioning Atlantis as a differentiated, outcomes-driven alternative to traditional hub and patient support providers.

Must have strong domain expertise in access and reimbursement workflows, specialty pharmacy and hub models, financial assistance programs and patient engagement approach/patient support and CRM along with experience in healthcare services, pharma agency, or technology-enabled patient solutions environments.  

Existing network within pharmaceutical brand, access, and patient services organizations, experience launching or scaling hub services or new patient support offerings and exposure to digital health, CRM platforms, or AI-enabled engagement models are all a plus.

Location & Compensation:

  • US-based, ideally East Coast with flexibility for hybrid working
  • Salary range: USD $195–225K + 20–25% bonus + long-term incentive tied to company goal attainment
