This position offers the unique opportunity to work remotely, allowing for flexibility in balancing your professional and personal life. However, you will also have access to our supportive outpatient office in Denison whenever needed. You will collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including physicians, psychologists, and social workers, all dedicated to achieving the best outcomes for our clients.

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to understand each client's substance abuse history and co-occurring mental health disorders.
• Create individualized treatment plans that integrate therapeutic interventions to address both addiction and underlying mental health issues.
• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based treatment methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing.
• Work in close collaboration with a team of professionals to ensure that all aspects of each client’s care are well-coordinated and effective.
• Provide education and support to clients' family members, promoting their involvement in the recovery process to enhance overall treatment efficacy.
• Maintain detailed and accurate client records, ensuring compliance with the regulations and standards of practice.

You will primarily work with adults struggling with substance use disorders, many of whom may also be facing additional mental health challenges such as depression, anxiety, or trauma-related conditions. Our goal is to empower these individuals by equipping them with the tools they need to achieve recovery and improve their quality of life.

• A valid license to practice as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD in the state of Texas.
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Demonstrated experience and specialized training in addiction counseling and therapy.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices related to substance abuse and co-occurring disorders.
• Proven therapeutic skills, with a strong ability to inspire and motivate clients toward recovery.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, complemented by a collaborative spirit.

• Experience working in an outpatient recovery setting is highly desirable.
• Prior involvement in multidisciplinary teams and case management procedures.
• Knowledge of state regulations and ethical guidelines governing mental health practices.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and credentials.
