Client Success & Delivery ManagerRole Summary

The Client Success & Delivery Manager is responsible for ensuring successful delivery of client projects by acting as the bridge between clients and the development team. This role combines client relationship management with technical coordination, ensuring priorities are clearly defined, development work is progressing as planned, and projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
  • Translate client requirements into clear, actionable development tasks.
  • Prioritise and manage development workflows in collaboration with the technical team.
  • Track project progress, manage timelines, and proactively resolve blockers.
  • Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, and delivery meetings where required.
  • Ensure features and enhancements are completed, tested, and delivered according to client expectations.
  • Communicate project updates, risks, and timelines to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities to improve delivery processes and client experience.
  • Maintain project documentation and task management within tools such as Jira in the Atlassian suite
