MRM is seeking an experienced and highly organized Program Manager to lead and oversee a client's digital website program, driving the successful delivery of website enhancements, digital campaigns, and ongoing site creative enhancements. This role is responsible for providing program leadership across cross-functional teams, ensuring work is planned, prioritized, and executed efficiently while aligning with client objectives and business priorities.

The Program Manager will establish scalable processes and governance for a growing account, creating the operational framework needed to support both strategic initiatives and ongoing website operations. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader who excels at managing multiple workstreams, fostering collaboration, mitigating risks, and providing visibility into timelines, budgets, and overall program health. Success in this role requires exceptional organizational skills, strong communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where priorities evolve quickly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the intake, planning, prioritization, and execution of website enhancements, maintenance requests, and digital campaign launches.
  • Establish and refine workflows, governance, and operational processes for a newer client engagement while driving continuous process improvements.
  • Manage the day-to-day activities such as leading project kickoffs, define project plans, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery.
  • Manage creative routing and review cycles, coordinate authoring requests and provide clear direction to content authors and production teams.
  • Review creative assets and authored content for quality, completeness, and accuracy before client delivery.
  • Track project timelines, identify risks, manage project status reports to ensure projects are delivered on schedule while proactively communicating progress or issues.
  • Manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent ability to shift approach between the big picture and critical details; then possess strong judgement to know when to focus on each.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills demonstrated with clients, agency teams and individuals.
  • Problem/solution thinker with an ability to lead collaboration, persuasion and negotiation toward solutions.
  • Demonstrates leader-level resiliency while working under pressure, in a dynamic environment, with shifting deadlines and deliverables.
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, text, etc.
  • Excellent project management skills and experience including:
    • Schedule development, management, monitoring and oversight
    • Resource management and forecasting
    • Task and delivery management
    • Risk identification and management
    • Issue identification and management
    • Delegation to support teams

Education & Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience desired.
  • 4-7+ years of experience in digital project management, program management, or account/program delivery.
  • Experience in an agency environment, or equivalent client-side experience.
  • Excellent knowledge of the web and related technologies including (user experience, web development, web services, integration, application management and hosting).
  • Advanced skills in MS Office including: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Advanced skills in MS Project or other project plan software (i.e. Workfront, Smartsheet).
  • Strong capability with production tools and proprietary software (SharePoint, JIRA, Outlook).
  • Strong knowledge of content management systems (i.e. CMS).
  • PM or other operational/organizational certification is a plus (CSM, PMP, SAFe).
  • Infrequent, travel to/from client, partner or vendor facilities - local or within the US.
