Position Summary
Entrega is seeking an experienced Client Delivery Lead to strengthen our client delivery function. This leader is responsible for ensuring that client commitments are delivered successfully across engagements - on time, within scope, and with consistently high quality. The Client Delivery Lead oversees the leaders responsible for managing client delivery relationships and project execution, ensuring strong delivery governance, operational discipline, and client satisfaction across the organization.
This role partners closely with Client Services leadership, Operations leadership, and production delivery teams to ensure that client commitments are well-defined, properly planned, and executed effectively.
Depending on candidate experience, this role may also oversee the Project Management Office (PMO) to ensure strong project management standards and execution discipline across the company.
This role requires a leader who combines client relationship maturity, operational discipline, and strong delivery leadership within a professional services environment.

Qualifications
The following qualifications reflect the experience, capabilities, and attributes typically required to perform successfully in this role.
  • 10-15+ years of progressive experience in professional services, consulting, technology services, or similar client delivery environments
  • 5+ years in a senior delivery leadership role (Director, Practice Lead, Delivery Lead, Program Director, or equivalent) with responsibility for overseeing delivery teams or client portfolios
  • Demonstrated experience leading complex client delivery engagements, including managing delivery performance across multiple projects or accounts
  • Demonstrated experience managing delivery leaders such as Service Delivery Managers, Program Managers, or Project Managers
  • Strong understanding of professional services delivery models, including project-based delivery, managed services delivery, and client engagement governance
  • Demonstrated experience managing delivery escalations and complex client situations, including scope changes, delivery risks, and stakeholder alignment
  • Experience establishing or strengthening delivery governance frameworks, project management standards, or delivery best practices across teams
  • Experience overseeing or partnering with a Project Management Office (PMO) and promoting strong project management discipline across engagements
  • Experience working closely with operations or resource management functions to align delivery commitments with available capacity and delivery capability
  • Demonstrated ability to operate effectively within cross-functional leadership environments, partnering with sales, operations, finance, and executive leadership
  • Experience leading delivery in enterprise client environments with complex stakeholder structures preferred
  • Experience in a professional services, consulting, or technology services firm strongly preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field required
