In this role, you'll be the trusted advisor for a group of clients, managing their accounts and ensuring their needs are met. You'll collaborate with our production team to lead renewal processes, delivering timely and high-quality solutions. By cultivating strong relationships with clients and their representatives, you'll secure existing business and identify opportunities to expand services. Your work will directly contribute to client retention, satisfaction, and Gallagher's reputation for excellence.

Here’s what you’ll bring to the role:

  • A bachelor's degree with 3+ years of client service or claims management experience, or a high school diploma/GED with 8+ years of relevant experience.
  • A producer's license and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • The ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
  • A knack for explaining complex issues simply, whether over the phone or in presentations.
  • Comfort with balancing multiple priorities and working independently.

    • Bachelor's degree wit 3+ years client service and/or claims management experience -OR- High School degree/GED with 8+ years client service and/or claims management experience
    • Producer's License
    • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
