Purpose — What You’ll Do
As a Client Strategy Associate (CSA), you’ll support our Pods’ Client Strategy teams by helping ensure client strategy processes are executed consistently and effectively. You’ll work closely with General Managers, Technical Account Managers, and cross-functional teams to improve client health, retention, and satisfaction.
Your work will include:
  • Supporting executive business reviews (EBRs) and client check-ins through scheduling, preparation, data analysis, and follow-up
  • Monitoring client health trends and surfacing risks or opportunities using dashboards and reports
  • Helping drive resolution for client issues, disputes, and escalations across teams
  • Supporting onboarding, renewals, invoicing, and client communications using Endsight best practices
  • Collaborating with Finance, Professional Services, Support, and Sales to ensure a cohesive client experience
  • For experienced CSAs, managing a small portfolio of clients to ensure they realize value from Endsight’s solutions
