Client Access & Office Coordinator
Do you love connecting with people and want your work to actually mean something? Ryther is looking for a Client Access & Office Coordinator to be the welcoming first point of contact for families seeking care - on the phone, at the front desk, and in getting them scheduled for the help they need.
This role blends the fast pace of a call center/scheduling environment with the relationship-building of front office and client acquisition work. You'll field incoming calls, greet clients and visitors, and proactively reach out to prospective clients and families to get them booked for their first appointment - turning inquiries into scheduled care.
Desired Skills:
  • Phone (text/call) handling skills
  • De-escalation / composure with distressed people
  • Outbound scheduling/conversion ability
  • Data entry / basic computer proficiency / EHR and HIPAA
