Our nationally recognized team is seeking a Client Care Coordinator to join our team! We specialize in the Lifestyle Home Loan, a unique mortgage designed to help homebuyers age 62 and better purchase the home of their dreams while preserving more of their retirement savings.

This is more than an administrative role—it's an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in people's lives while working with an experienced, collaborative team that is passionate about serving our clients.

This is a remote role, schedule is from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM PST.

What You'll Do

As a Client Care Coordinator, you'll guide clients from application through closing, ensuring every step of the process is completed accurately, efficiently, and on time.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Guiding clients through each stage of the loan process with professionalism and care.
  • Collecting and organizing required documentation.
  • Coordinating with borrowers, loan officers, builders, Realtors, title companies, and underwriting.
  • Providing regular updates so all parties know exactly where the loan stands.
  • Monitoring deadlines and proactively solving issues to keep closings on schedule.
  • Delivering an exceptional client experience from beginning to end.
