Job description

About the Role:
CBRE is seeking a Facilities Sr. Coordinator to support a leading global energy and manufacturing organization at its Baton Rouge, Louisiana location. This onsite role is responsible for coordinating facilities operations, financial administration, workplace services, and space planning activities across a portfolio of four Gulf Coast sites in Texas and Louisiana. You'll serve as a key liaison between stakeholders, vendors, and service providers while helping ensure efficient workplace operations and an exceptional employee experience.
What You'll Do:
  • Manage purchase orders and support financial workflows related to facilities operations.
  • Track and process invoices, ensuring vendor payments are completed accurately and on time.
  • Coordinate the delivery, setup, and payment of office trailers and other workplace assets.
  • Review operational dashboards and reporting data to identify trends, performance metrics, and improvement opportunities.
  • Support space planning, occupancy tracking, and workplace optimization initiatives across multiple sites.
  • Coordinate vendors, service providers, and internal stakeholders to ensure work orders and requests are completed efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records, proposals, reports, and facilities documentation.
  • Communicate effectively with employees, clients, landlords, and service partners while supporting day-to-day workplace operations.

What You'll Need:
  • High School Diploma or GED required with 2+ years of experience in facilities, workplace services, operations, administrative support, or a related field.
  • Experience managing purchase orders, invoices, vendor coordination, or financial administration processes.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to review dashboards, reports, and operational data.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and solve problems independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across teams and stakeholder groups.
