Job Description
As a Client Experience Coordinator, you will play an important role in ensuring each client receives a smooth, responsive, and professional experience from their first interaction through ongoing support.
You will serve as a key point of contact for clients, coordinate communication between clients and internal teams, assist with day-to-day service needs, and help maintain the high standard of care associated with Beloform Craft.
The ideal candidate is approachable, organized, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities while maintaining excellent communication.
