As we continue to expand, we are seeking a Client Associate to play a key role in supporting our advisors and ensuring seamless day-to-day client service and operational execution.

Position Overview - Â We are seeking a Client Associate that will serve as a critical support partner to multiple advisors, helping ensure that all client service, account maintenance, and operational tasks are completed accurately and efficiently. This individual will be deeply involved in the execution of day-to-day client requests while contributing to a smooth, high-quality client experience across the firm.

Key ResponsibilitiesÂ
- Support multiple financial advisors with day-to-day client service and administrative needsÂ
- Assist with new account openings, transfers, account maintenance, and money movement requestsÂ
- Prepare, process, and track client paperwork with a high level of accuracy and attention to detailÂ
- Serve as a responsive point of contact for client service requests and inquiriesÂ
- Maintain and update accurate client records across internal systems and custodial platformsÂ
- Coordinate with advisors and internal team members to ensure timely completion of client tasksÂ
- Help ensure a smooth, professional, and high-quality client experience at every touchpointÂ
- Assist in organizing workflow priorities to support advisor productivity and efficiencyÂ
- Contribute to improving internal processes and supporting overall team operations
Requirements
 Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred (Finance, Business, Economics, or related field a plus)Â
- 0-3+ years of experience in financial services, banking, client service, or related professional environmentÂ
- Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detailÂ
- Excellent written and verbal communication skillsÂ
- Strong interpersonal skills with a client-first mindsetÂ
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, team-driven environmentÂ
- Proactive, dependable, and eager to learn and grow within the industryÂ
- Licensing (Series 7/66 or similar) is not required but is a plus
