Position Overview -  We are seeking a Client Associate that will serve as a critical support partner to multiple advisors, helping ensure that all client service, account maintenance, and operational tasks are completed accurately and efficiently. This individual will be deeply involved in the execution of day-to-day client requests while contributing to a smooth, high-quality client experience across the firm.


This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who is looking to develop strong foundational experience in financial services and grow within a high-performing advisory environment.


Key Responsibilities 

  • Support multiple financial advisors with day-to-day client service and administrative needs 
  • Assist with new account openings, transfers, account maintenance, and money movement requests 
  • Prepare, process, and track client paperwork with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail 
  • Serve as a responsive point of contact for client service requests and inquiries 
  • Maintain and update accurate client records across internal systems and custodial platforms 
  • Coordinate with advisors and internal team members to ensure timely completion of client tasks 
  • Help ensure a smooth, professional, and high-quality client experience at every touchpoint 
  • Assist in organizing workflow priorities to support advisor productivity and efficiency 
  • Contribute to improving internal processes and supporting overall team operations

Requirements

 Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred (Finance, Business, Economics, or related field a plus) 
  • 0-3+ years of experience in financial services, banking, client service, or related professional environment 
  • Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset 
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, team-driven environment 
  • Proactive, dependable, and eager to learn and grow within the industry 
  • Licensing (Series 7/66 or similar) is not required but is a plus
