Account Manager - Client Services

Expivia Interaction Marketing Group, Inc. | Erie, PA | Hybrid (In-Office & Remote)
$45,000-$55,000 per year, based on experience


Expivia Interaction Marketing Group is looking for a talented Client Services Manager to serve as a key connection between our clients and internal operations teams.


This is a hybrid position combining in-office and remote work and is ideal for someone who is an excellent communicator, builds strong professional relationships, and knows how to keep projects, people, and priorities moving forward. You'll work directly with clients while partnering with our leadership, operations, training, and HR teams to ensure expectations are clear, issues are resolved, and our programs are positioned for success.


What You'll Do

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
  • Build and maintain strong, professional client relationships that support account retention and growth
  • Lead and participate in regular client meetings and follow-ups
  • Monitor program performance, KPIs, deliverables, and client expectations
  • Coordinate with Operations, Training, HR, and leadership to ensure client needs are met
  • Communicate client feedback, priorities, and concerns to the appropriate teams
  • Assist with new client and program launches
  • Identify potential issues early and drive them through resolution
  • Track action items and ensure commitments are completed
  • Prepare client updates, reports, and performance information as needed
  • Identify opportunities to improve performance, processes, and the overall client experience


What We're Looking For

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Experience in client services, account management, customer service, operations, or a related field preferred
  • Call center/BPO experience is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organization, follow-through, and attention to detail
  • Ability to confidently communicate with clients and company leadership
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Comfortable reviewing performance data and KPIs
  • Someone who takes ownership and follows through
  • Ability to work effectively in both in-office and remote environments
