Description

As a Client Services Associate in our Wyomissing office, you are the heartbeat of the client experience. You play a vital role in supporting our Advisors and building trusted relationships with clients by ensuring every interaction is professional, seamless, and thoughtful. This is a highly visible, in-office role ideal for someone who enjoys being part of a close-knit team, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service. You'll balance administrative excellence with relationship support—helping create a welcoming, polished experience for every client who walks through our doors.

What You'll Do
  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors in our Wyomissing office, delivering a warm and professional experience
  • Support Advisors by preparing client paperwork, reports, and meeting materials
  • Coordinate meetings, manage schedules, and confirm appointments
  • Process account openings, transfers, and service requests accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain and update client records and documentation in Salesforce
  • Navigate custodial platforms and explain processes clearly to clients
  • Proofread and review documents to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Professionally manage incoming calls and client inquiries
  • Prepare for and support client meetings, reviews, and local events
  • Maintain organized, welcoming conference rooms and shared spaces
  • Partner closely with teammates and provide backup support as needed
Additional Responsibilities
  • Manage mail, shipments, and office supply inventory
  • Support daily office opening and closing procedures

The expected base salary range for this role nationally is $57,000 - $76,600.
