Job description

Associate should have very good knowledge and hands-on in Facets application. - Associate must have strong understanding of Facets data model and Facets Online/tech applications. - Knowledgeable in Facets Membership and Claims module preferred. - Knowledge in healthcare industry HIPAA transactions 834 837 824 and 27X. - Associate should be able to write basic queries in SQL and Oracle for any assessment analysis and R&D. - Associate should have experience in solution design technical design and other SDLC techniques for successful delivery. - Associate should be able to work independently and provide the updates on daily basis. - Should participate in client meetings for requirements gathering and articulate to other cognizant team members in onshore and offshore. - Associate must represent cognizant in client meetings and provide updates. - Associate should guide the junior team members and pitch in whenever situation demands. - Should be able to support on release weekends. - Should have strong presentation skills to present our solutions to the client. - Should be good in communication both oral and written as the resource will be directly interacting with business and IT team. - Associate should support both enhancements and maintenance work.
