Client Success Associate Job Responsibilities

Client Engagement

  • Maintain client information, correspondence, and activity records in the CRM.

  • Coordinate client-facing materials and marketing requests with the Marketing team
  • Program flyers, Open Enrollment events, Benefits Fairs, etc.
  • Prepare CSMs for client meetings by reviewing client data and surfacing key metrics and notable items in advance.
  • Participate in client meetings to build client context, and presenting data and report highlights as appropriate.

Reporting & Data

  • Coordinate with FinPath's Data Analyst to fully prepared client reports for client and CSMs.
  • Aggregate and format client engagement data and pull relevant metrics for CSM review, including:
    • Workshop/webinar attendance
    • Quarterly educational campaigns

Team Operations

  • Support the Director of Operations with implementation activities, including deliverables, timelines, and internal readiness ahead of key milestones.
  • Monitor the client accounts for outstanding census files, benefits guide updates, and enrollment deadlines.
  • Coordinate with Account to track the client invoicing status and follow-up as appropriate with applicable parties.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and Operations to keep client deliverables on track.
  • Maintain accurate records of task status and deliverable progress within the CRM and project management systems.
  • Maintain clean file systems, ensuring all client deliverables are saved appropriately in the team systems.
  • Support CSMs on day-to-day client administration and operational questions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1-3 years of experience in a client services, operations, or coordinator role; experience in financial wellness, employee benefits, or a SaaS environment is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail - you catch what others miss.
  • Comfortable working with data: pulling reports, formatting outputs, and identifying key takeaways.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to work effectively with internal stakeholders and, over time, client contacts.
  • Self-starter who can manage multiple tasks simultaneously and flag issues proactively without being prompted.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
