We are looking for a highly driven and skilled Client Services Associate to join our Digital department at our rapidly developing company, CoinFlip! As a Client Services Associate, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving growth for our platform.
Responsibilities:

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with new and existing clients, serving as their primary point of contact.
  • Understand their needs, provide personalized support, and proactively address any concerns or issues that may arise. This is a sales role that is service driven.
  • Identify opportunities to expand our client base and drive revenue growth. Help onboard new clients and ensure a smooth transition into the platform.
  • Implement strategies to enhance client retention and loyalty.
  • Keep track of sales activities, leads and opportunities.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Self-motivated, proactive and able to work effectively in a fast-paced startup-esque??

Base Salary Range: $13,000-$15,000 USD plus commissions
