We currently have an opportunity for an Client Coordinator to join our Employee Benefits team in our Pittsburgh, PA office on a Hybrid work schedule.

Summary

The Client Coordinator will provide a professional and courteous high level of support to internal HUB service teams in maintaining and servicing our employee benefits clients. The Client Coordinator will work with internal HUB service teams to maintain synergy among HUB corporate goals, carrier requirements, and the needs of our clients.

Job Duties

  • Engage HUB service team proactively to support the effort of overall client retention
  • Respond promptly and professionally to the service needs of our internal HUB service teams
  • Provide clerical and technical support to internal HUB service teams to reach our strategic business goals
  • Assist internal HUB service teams in adding coverages to existing clients
  • Produce quote requests, spreadsheets and other related items while verifying their accuracy
  • Maintain controls on renewals to ensure timely preparation and processing
  • Prepare summaries of insurance and proposals as needed for client and internal HUB team review
  • Prepare client benchmarking
  • Prepare client communication materials and deliver both virtual and in-person employee education presentations
  • Assist in the preparation and peer review of client presentations
  • Assist in the preparation and delivery of client reporting
  • Adhere to all HUB systems, procedures, and state regulations
  • Other project work to support the business

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong MS Office skills, e.g. MS Word and MS Excel
  • Good written and oral communication skills
  • Exceptional organization skills and strong attention to detail
  • Above average mathematical skills
  • Solution oriented
  • Ability to pivot quickly between multiple tasks and projects
  • Operates in a fast-paced environment
  • Life, Accident and Health Insurance License required within three months of hire date (we assist you with the training, expense, and preparation time)
  • Up to 1 year of experience in a professional environment preferred
  • Required travel of up to 25%

The expected salary range for this position is $27.47/hr to $32.97 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate's skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position's business line, scope and level. HUB International is proud to offer comprehensive benefit and total compensation packages which could include health/dental/vision/life/disability insurance, FSA, HSA and 401(k) accounts, paid-time-off benefits such as vacation, sick, and personal days, and eligible bonuses, equity and commissions for some positions.
