PRN / As-Needed Client Coordinator | Revive at The Group Medical Spa

Revive at The Group Medical Spa is looking for a PRN/As-Needed Client Coordinator to join our team!

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and client-focused individual to help provide an exceptional experience for our clients while supporting the day-to-day operations of Revive.

This is a PRN/as-needed position designed to provide additional coverage based on staffing and business needs. Hours are not guaranteed and may vary.

What You'll Do
  • Greet clients and guests with friendly, attentive, and professional service
  • Answer phones and assist clients with questions about appointments, services, and products
  • Check clients in and out while maintaining accurate invoices and records
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Respond to client inquiries through phone, email, and client portals
  • Develop knowledge of Revive's treatments, services, and products to help educate clients
  • Assist with product sales and provide recommendations based on client needs
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception and retail area
  • Assist with inventory, stocking, merchandising, and product displays
  • Support medical spa events, promotions, and marketing initiatives
  • Help resolve client questions or concerns and escalate issues to management when appropriate
  • Collaborate with providers and other team members to ensure a seamless client experience
  • Maintain client confidentiality and uphold Revive's policies and professional standards
What We're Looking For
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Previous customer service, front desk, retail, spa, beauty, or medical office experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organization and time-management abilities
  • Ability to multitask and remain professional in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable learning and using scheduling software, client portals, Microsoft Word, Excel, and other technology
  • Dependable, positive, and willing to step in when additional coverage is needed
  • Strong interest in aesthetics, skincare, wellness, or the medical spa industry is a plus
