Job Title: Client Services Administrator (Shareholder Communication)

Location: Brentwood, NY 11717

Work Setup: Hybrid – 2 days/week onsite preferred

Contract Length: 6 months (potential to extend or become permanent)


Role Overview:
Seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized Client Services Administrator to support shareholder-related processes. This is a hybrid contract role involving research, document handling, and client communications in a fast-paced, professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Research and resolve shareholder issues (transfers, lost certificates, check replacements, tax forms)
  • Draft professional written responses to inquiries
  • Identify and report on root causes of client issues
  • Suggest improvements to processes and forms
  • Collaborate with teams to resolve complex client matters
  • Ensure privacy, accuracy, and timely resolution of tasks

Key Skills & Qualifications:
