Contract: 12+ Months

Daytime shifts during work week
Need to have recent JD Edwards support
Leadership and fragmented parts of IT have been supporting the tickets- they need to offset the work to a dedicated support tech
Summary:
JD Edwards Support Analyst is a frontline IT professional that is responsible for providing day-to-day technical and functional support for JD Edwards ERP systems. They are a core team member to help ensure that JD Edwards systems are operational, user-friendly, and aligned with business goals, combining technical troubleshooting with user support and documentation.
Core Responsibilities
  • Tier 1-2 Support: Manage incoming calls, help tickets, and user inquiries for JD Edwards
  • Troubleshooting: Resolve access, navigation, configuration, and transaction issues (e.g., stuck orders, vouchers, receipts)
  • Collaboration: Work with JDE system administrators, developers, business users and IT leadership to escalate and resolve complex issues
  • User Management: Perform account setup, role/security changes, and password resets
  • Metrics & Reporting: Track support performance, create reports using ReportsNow
  • Documentation & Training: Create and maintain SOPs, user guides, and training materials; conduct 1-on-1 or group training sessions
  • Testing Support: Assist with UAT, regression testing, and validation of system updates

Skills & Qualifications
  • JD Edwards Experience: 1-5+ years supporting JD Edwards
  • Functional Knowledge: Distribution (Sales Order and Purchasing), Manufacturing, Finance
  • Tools: JDE Enterprise One 9.2, DSI/Cloud Inventory, ReportsNow, Service Desk Plus, Microsoft Office
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, documentation, and customer service mindset
  • Technical Skills: Understanding of UBEs, system logs, integrations, JDE Orchestrator, basic SQL
