Job Title: Client Account Manager
Location: Overland Park, KS
Job Type: Full-Time | In-Person | Client-Facing

About the Role

MCL Talent Partners is hiring Client Account Managers on behalf of a growing client in the Overland Park area. This is a full-time, client-facing role for motivated, coachable professionals who want to build a long-term career in benefits sales with clear advancement potential.

You will receive structured training, ongoing mentorship, and support to obtain the required licensing. No prior insurance or industry experience is needed. The ideal candidate enjoys meeting people, communicates clearly, and is comfortable working in a performance-driven environment.

What You'll Do
You will work directly with local business owners and their employees to educate them on voluntary benefit options, support enrollment meetings, and build ongoing client relationships. The role combines classroom and field training with regular in-person client activity.

Core responsibilities:

  • Meet with business owners and decision-makers to present voluntary benefit solutions (such as disability, accident, critical illness, and life insurance)
  • Conduct or support employee enrollment meetings and answer questions
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with client companies
  • Manage your calendar, follow-ups, and client communication
  • Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and mentorship
  • Represent the company professionally in office and community settings

Qualifications
