  • 3+ years' experience as a Life and Health Account Executive
  • Commitment to continuing insurance education and professional development
  • Strong knowledge of life and health insurance with the ability to discuss coverage with carriers and clients
  • Proficient with agency management systems, Microsoft products, and carrier platforms
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with sound judgment and the ability to work under pressure
  • Positive, collaborative team player willing to mentor others

Pay Range: $65K - $85K / per year
