Responsibilities

As our Client Account Manager, you'll play a key role in creating an outstanding client experience by:


  • Building meaningful relationships with clients through exceptional service
  • Processing policy changes, endorsements, renewals, and account updates accurately and efficiently

Requirements

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous customer service experience
  • Insurance experience is preferred but not required
  • Property Casualty license is a plus (or willingness to obtain)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
