Job description

Gallagher Benefit Services

At Gallagher Benefit Services, you're a trusted partner to organizations navigating some of their most important people decisions. We help clients build better workplaces, where people feel supported, empowered, and inspired to thrive. Whether it's shaping benefit strategies, designing wellbeing programs, or advising on workforce challenges, the work you do here creates meaningful change for businesses and the people who power them. Day to day, you'll manage a live book of business, respond to client needs, and bring in the right support when a situation needs extra attention. You'll also work to protect retention and spot chances to add more value through extra services or higher levels of cover. Alongside client work, you may help coordinate administrative and customer service support, and you may support an Account Executive or Broker Producer. Your focus will be on keeping clients informed, making sure important issues are handled quickly, and helping each account move forward in the right way.

Required: Bachelor's degree and 3 or more years client coordination and/or claims management experience, OR High School degree with 8 or more years client coordination and/or claims management experience. License required. Able and willing to travel approximately 25% of the time. Behaviors: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Able to quickly determine critical issues.
