Role Description
The Personal Lines Insurance Account Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Little Rock, AR. The individual will manage client accounts, provide exceptional customer support, and ensure satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving. Key responsibilities include assisting clients with personal insurance needs, reviewing and processing policy changes, educating clients about available insurance products, and maintaining accurate records. Collaboration with team members and other departments will also be an essential part of this role.
Qualifications
  • Strong skills in Account Management and Customer Service, with a proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Knowledge of Personal Insurance products and services, as well as the ability to guide clients in selecting policies
  • Familiarity with Employee Benefits and related insurance options is a plus
  • Experience in the insurance industry and an insurance licensed required with an insurance agent designation preferred
  • Proficiency in using insurance management software (AMS 360) and maintaining accurate records
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Little Rock, AR
