Project Manager – Client & Account Management - PST or MST Preferred
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Project Manager to serve as a key client-facing partner for healthcare, hospital, health system, and medical device accounts.
This role combines project management, account management, client communication, and healthcare marketing. The Project Manager will own projects from kickoff through completion, manage client relationships, coordinate internal teams, and ensure deliverables are completed on time and to the highest standard.
The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who enjoys building client relationships, managing multiple priorities, and turning client objectives into successful projects and campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned clients and build strong, long-term relationships.
- Lead client meetings, project updates, account reviews, and ongoing communications.
- Manage projects from planning and kickoff through execution and completion.
- Develop project timelines, manage deliverables, track deadlines, and coordinate cross-functional teams.
- Proactively identify project risks, roadblocks, and opportunities and communicate solutions.
- Manage healthcare marketing and account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns for key accounts.
- Coordinate campaign assets, approvals, communications, and launch schedules.
- Prepare client presentations, proposals, reporting, and sales enablement materials.
- Track project and campaign performance and communicate key insights to clients and leadership.
- Manage event marketing initiatives and special client programs.
- Maintain accurate project and account information within ClickUp, CRM, and other internal systems.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, client experience, and account engagement.
- Partner with leadership to support client retention, account growth, and new business opportunities.
- Track KPIs and measure results.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in project management, account management, client services, healthcare marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong client relationship and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
- Comfortable communicating with executives and key client stakeholders.
- Experience with project management platforms such as ClickUp, Asana, or Jira.
- Proficiency with PowerPoint and CRM/account management tools.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Healthcare, hospital, medical device, or B2B marketing experience preferred.
