Job description

Looking for your chance to make a real impact? Firespring, Nebraska’s first Certified B Corporation®, is looking for an amazing human to join our team. We’re on the hunt for a multi-talented, people-centric Account Coordinator who thrives on social interaction, building positive relationships, and keeping our internal creative teams and clients in perfect alignment.

In this role, you’ll be the upbeat day-to-day point of contact for assigned clients, using your persuasive communication style to build trust, set a motivational tone, and manage expectations. If you are an optimistic, patient collaborator who brings positive energy to every room, loves executing the fine details of a project, and excels at keeping workflows predictable and structured, we want to hear from you.

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Lead and facilitate client calls, status meetings, and presentations with an outgoing, persuasive, and consultative communication style.
  • Set a motivational tone and establish a high degree of optimism for both clients and internal teams.
  • Act as the central liaison between creative, development, and marketing teams, bringing people together to keep workflows predictable, structured, and efficient.
  • Identify and communicate next steps and actions items from client and internal conversations, partnering with the project manager to maintain accurate project tracking and accountability.
  • Execute with strong attention to detail to ensure project documentation (briefs, notes, timelines) is meticulous, organized, and up to date.
  • Maintain and champion methodical, systematic processes to ensure smooth handoffs across strategy, creative, and production teams.
  • Maintain steady focus in a lively environment with frequent team interactions and natural day-to-day disruptions.
  • Support proposal development and prepare detailed meeting agendas, notes, and follow-ups based on provided estimates.

Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of experience in account management, project management, or relationship-focused roles.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a natural ability to influence, persuade, and connect with people.
  • High level of organization and the demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Ability to translate client needs into clear, actionable internal direction for creative teams.
  • Experience in a marketing or creative agency environment is a plus, with a preference for working in a people-rich, social environment rather than deep analytical/technical work.
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., ClickUp) and exposure to nonprofit clients is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary—You don’t need to go to the grocery store to bring home the bacon. We reward candidates who wow us by offering competitive pay
  • Hours—40 hrs, flexibility required.
  • 401(k)—Your parents preached about the importance of saving. Now we’re helping you get it done. Firespring provides professional financial advisors who will help you make a plan and guide your investments.
  • Fun—Millions of people go to work, punch the clock from 8 to 5 and hate every moment of it. That’s not the case here. We prioritize loving your experience here and have a group of people dedicated to creating activities inside and outside the office. To put it mildly, we’re serious about having fun—and it reflects in our work and the relationships too.
  • Miscellaneous Benefits—Not all benefits are about the Benjamins, baby. Some of the things you’ll enjoy while working here include unlimited soft drinks, tea and beer. Dress code? We want you to have personal freedom—just stick to the general guidelines of your role and you be you.

Ready to come aboard? Let’s make this happen.

While we genuinely appreciate your interest in employment with Firespring, we can only respond to the most qualified candidates.
