Position Summary
Serving a key role in the Office of Strategic Marketing (OSM) operations, the Project Manager is responsible for overseeing projects from initial project scope until final deliverable and ensuring that projects meet client expectations and are completed on time. The Project Manager actively engages in client outreach to understand immediate and future needs. This position is responsible for keeping projects moving forward to completion both internally and externally.
The position will maintain open and complete communication with OSM colleagues, on-campus partners, and vendors regarding project status. This includes managing project revisions and feedback and overseeing the accuracy of edits to ensure all rounds of revisions meet the expectations of our on-campus partners.
This position will proactively coordinate and schedule meetings with clear outcomes when necessary. The Project Manager will be responsible for sending out project bids, requesting quotes, processing invoices, and other departmental billing responsibilities. The Project Manager will also maintain physical and digital archives of projects, estimates, print materials, and invoices.

Minimum Required Qualifications
A bachelor's degree in marketing, journalism, advertising, or a related field plus two (2) years of project management experience working with Google Suite (Gmail, Docs, Drive, Sheets, etc. and project management software. Your experience must demonstrate:

  • Superior communication and leadership skills
  • Superb presentation, persuasion, and project management skills
  • Exemplary organizational skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure, handling multiple projects and tight deadlines

  • Coordinating professional print projects from concept through final production is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated familiarity with print production processes, print specifications, vendor management, and industry terminology.
