Position: Accounting Clerk
Location: Holland (Onsite)
Pay: 24-27/hr. Accounting Clerk Position Summary

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to support finance and purchasing functions in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for timely and accurate invoicing, accounts payable processing, purchasing support, and administrative duties. The ideal candidate will possess strong accounting fundamentals, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.

Key Responsibilities for Accounting Clerk
  • Generate, process, and distribute customer invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Investigate and resolve transaction discrepancies and billing issues.
  • Monitor pending transactions to ensure prompt invoicing and processing.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and make corrections as needed.
  • Review, code, and enter vendor invoices into the accounts payable system.
  • Verify invoices and process payments according to established payment terms.
  • Post payments, credits, and cash receipts.
  • Perform invoice matching and validation procedures.
  • Assist with purchasing-related activities and vendor transactions.
  • Support efforts to identify process improvements and cost-saving opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to support operational and financial objectives.
