DIHO Consulting USA is seeking a reliable and professional Receptionist / Administrative Assistant for an opportunity in Geismar, LA.

This position will begin as a receptionist and administrative support role, helping with daily office operations, phone calls, emails, documentation, scheduling, filing, and general office support. The ideal candidate will be dependable, organized, professional, and comfortable communicating with employees, clients, vendors, and management.

This is also a growth opportunity. As the person learns the business, understands the company's services, and becomes comfortable with client communication, there may be an opportunity to grow into more of a business development support role over time. This could allow the employee to expand their responsibilities and grow within the company.

Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors and provide professional front desk support
  • Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and direct communication as needed
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support to the office
  • Assist with scheduling, calendar coordination, and daily office needs
  • Prepare, organize, scan, file, and maintain documents and records
  • Enter data accurately into internal systems, spreadsheets, and reports
  • Assist with employee paperwork, onboarding documents, timesheets, billing, invoicing, purchase orders, or payroll support as needed
  • Help coordinate communication between office staff, field employees, management, clients, and vendors
  • Maintain office supplies and help keep the office organized
  • Follow up on pending items and help ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner
