Job description

Scope of Responsibilities: Works under direct supervision and follow standard procedures to accomplish assigned tasks.

Job Summary:  Perform various clerical and administrative support duties throughout Specialty Pharmacy.


Job Duties:

  • Perform general secretarial and office duties including typing, filing, faxing, photocopying and mailing
  • Responsible for sorting and distributing store mail and external mail to appropriate offices
  • Responsible for producing agenda and meeting minutes
  • Responsible for sourcing, inventorying, and purchasing office supplies
  • Responsible for greeting customers and facilitating prescription pick ups
  • Assist in the preparation and execution of various meetings including preparation of room and handouts, PowerPoint presentations, participant notification and tracking, and documents for those not able to attend
  • Responsible for making conference reservations including registration, hotel, and air
  • Provide overflow phone support as needed
  • Assist call center operations with miscellaneous reporting tasks
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Attendance Requirements:

  • Must be available, and on-time for scheduled work shifts

Educational Requirements:

  • Minimum: High School Diploma or GED
  • Preferred: AS Degree or higher in Business Administration or related field

 

Experience:

  • Preferred: 0-2 years of experience in position

Special Conditions of Employment:

  • Drug test
  • Initial and continuous exclusion and sanction/disciplinary monitoring
  • Any and all additional eligibility requirements based on the specific position
