About the Role:

S&A Cleantech LLC is looking for a driven and dependable Night Shift Manager to lead our overnight operations in Columbus, OH. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a critical shift, ensuring smooth workflows and a high-performing team. Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all night shift operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and quality standards are met
  • Supervise, motivate, and direct night shift staff to meet production and performance goals
  • Monitor and enforce cleantech processes, environmental compliance, and operational procedures
  • Conduct shift briefings, assign tasks, and manage employee scheduling and attendance
  • Identify and resolve operational issues, escalating critical problems as needed
  • Maintain accurate shift logs, incident reports, and production records
  • Coordinate with day shift management to ensure seamless handoffs and continuity of operations
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of supervisory or management experience, preferably in cleantech, waste management, or industrial operations
