Role Description The Cleaning Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Dayton, OH. This position is responsible for performing detailed cleaning tasks in homes and commercial spaces, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and disinfecting surfaces. Day-to-day work may include kitchen and bathroom cleaning, trash removal, window washing, carpet care, and general tidying and organization according to client specifications and company standards. The role involves following established checklists, using cleaning products and equipment safely, and reporting any issues or maintenance needs.
